He founded Amby in 2012 and has since scaled it to over nearly 100 employees, serving companies like Kahoot!, Superside, and reMarkable. In 2019, he launched Skeil, a venture studio focused on HR-tech and professional services in the Nordics, which is one of the partners behind Frank. At Frank, Tor advises on growth, go-to-market, and commercial strategy.
