Jørgen is one of Frank’s co-founders and advises companies on matters relating to employment law, contract law and corporate law. He assists with a broad range of ongoing and strategic matters, including re-organizations, workforce reductions, the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, and other corporate law issues. Jørgen has extensive experience in negotiations and complex processes, and takes a solution-oriented approach to identifying sound and commercially viable outcomes.
